Rafashé Shoes Return Policy
We want you to love your Rafashé purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns. Please note the following guidelines:
- Please email rafasheco@gmail.com to start a return.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- A prepaid return label is available for $10. This fee is not refundable.
- Returns are accepted for store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
- All returns must be shipped and received back within 10 days from the delivery date
- All returns must be shipped to our Lakewood, NJ address. Returns sent to any other location will not be accepted.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
- All returns are subject to a $1.50 restocking fee per item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

- Please place the original shoe box inside a shipping bag or another box before returning.
- If the shoe box is damaged, taped, written on, or has a shipping label attached directly to it, a $3 fee will be deducted from your store credit.
